Sidlaghatta : ಜಮೀನು ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿ ಮನೆ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ನೋಂದಣಿಗೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ 2 ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇದರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಾವು ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲೇ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ಉಪ ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಗಾಯಿತ್ರಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಉಪ ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕಾವೇರಿ 2 ನೂತನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದ್ದು ಸೋಮವಾರದಿಂದಲೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ 2 ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಉಪಯೋಗ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ.
ಕಾವೇರಿ 2 ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟದ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಬಿ.ಎನ್.ಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಪ ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ಅವರು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ಉಪ ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಗಾಯಿತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಇಷ್ಟುದಿನ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಲು ಉಪ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸಮಯ, ಹಣ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಎಂದರು.
ಆದರೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲೇ ಸೈಬರ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್, ಕಾಮನ್ ಸರ್ವೀಸ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿ ನೋಂದಣಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು ಬಯಸಿದ ದಿನವೇ ನೋಂದಣಿಗೂ ಬರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
Sidlaghatta Introduces Kaveri 2 Technology for Property Registration
Sidlaghatta : The Sub Registrar of Sidlaghatta, Gayatri, announced the introduction of Kaveri 2 technology for registration of land, property and house plots. This new technology allows the public to conveniently upload their documents from their location and register on a day of their choice.
The Kaveri 2 technology was launched by Tehsildar BN Swamy and District Deputy Registrar Sridevi in Shidlaghatta, with a member of the public being the first to use the new system.
According to Gayatri, prior to the introduction of Kaveri 2 technology, the public had to physically visit the office of the Sub Registrar to register their property, which was both time-consuming and expensive. However, with the new technology, documents can be uploaded online and payments made through Cyber Centers or Common Service Centers.
This move will undoubtedly save time and money for the public, as they can now register their property from their own location, and choose a convenient day to visit the office for the final registration process.
