Talakayalabetta, Sidlaghatta : ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ತಲಕಾಯಲಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಬಳಿ ಹರಿಯುವ ಪಾಪಾಗ್ನಿ ನದಿ ತಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀನು ಹಿಡಿಯಲೆಂದು ಬಲೆ ಹರಡಲು ನೀರಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದಿದ್ದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಒಬ್ಬರ ಶವ ಶನಿವಾರವೇ ದೊರೆತಿದ್ದು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಶವವನ್ನು ಭಾನುವಾರ ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೀನು ಹಿಡಿಯಲೆಂದು ನದಿ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದಿದ್ದ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಕೆರೆ ನೀರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಇಬ್ಬರ ಶವಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರ ತೆಗೆದು ಶವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ದಿಬ್ಬೂರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ತಲಕಾಯಲಬೆಟ್ಟ ಬಳಿ ಹರಿಯುವ ಪಾಪಾಗ್ನಿ ನದಿ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀನು ಹಿಡಿಯಲೆಂದು ಪಲಿಚೇರ್ಲು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮತ್ತೋರ್ವನ ಹೆಸರೂ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಸಹ ನೀರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು.
ಓರ್ವನ ಶವ ಶನಿವಾರವೇ ಹೊರ ತೆಗೆಯಲಾಗಿತ್ತಾದರೂ ಮತ್ತೋರ್ವನ ಶವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹುಡುಕಾಟ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ದಳದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಕರೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ನಂತರ ಶವ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ.
ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ನಗರದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶವಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಿಗೆ ಶವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಿದ್ದು ದಿಬ್ಬೂರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ದಿಬ್ಬೂರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಎಸ್ಐ ವೇಣುಗೋಪಾಲ್, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥ್, ಹೊನ್ನಪ್ಪ, ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಶ್ರೀನಾಥ್, ನರಸಿಂಹಪ್ಪ, ಅಗ್ನಿ ಶಾಮಕ ದಳದ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊಕ್ಕಾಂ ಹೂಡಿ ಸತತ ಹುಡುಕಾಟ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು ಶವ ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Body of a Fishermen Drowned in Papagni River near Talakayalabetta Recovered
Talakayalabetta, Sidlaghatta : Two individuals who were attempting to catch fish by spreading a net in the Papagni river near Talakayalabetta in Shidlaghatta taluk tragically drowned. The body of one of the individuals was discovered on Saturday, while the other was found on Sunday.
The victims, identified as Manjunath from Palicherlu village and another individual also named Manjunath, were fishing in the Papagni river near Talakayalabetta under the jurisdiction of the Dibburahalli police station in Shidlaghatta taluk when the incident occurred.
One of the bodies was recovered on the same day, but the search for the other continued with the assistance of the Bangalore fire brigade team. The second body was found 24 hours later.
The Dibburahalli police station has registered a case, and post-mortems were conducted at the public hospital in Shidlaghatta city. The bodies were later handed over to their families.
The search for the second body was carried out by a team consisting of SI Venugopal from the Dibburahalli police station, as well as Ashwath, Honnappa, Krishna, Srinath, Narasimhappa, and Krishna from the Agni Shamaka Dal stationed at the location. They conducted a thorough search and ultimately located the deceased individual.
